The Pimienta Pancakes

The Pimienta Pancakes by O. Henry is a witty Western tale of romance, rivalry, and a deceptively important recipe. Set in Texas cattle country, the story unfolds through a camp cook's entertaining account of courtship, misunderstanding, and clever manipulation, with O. Henry's characteristic humor and irony. Recommended for listeners who enjoy classic short fiction, humorous romances, and richly voiced tales of the American West.
